Tanden Engine: Seth is a combination of genetic and cybernetic improvements that allow him to utilize the abilities of opponents Shadaloo and SIN have encountered in the past. However the Tanden Engine is the true key to Seth's abilities. Residing as a mechanical yin-yang embedded in his abdomen, it also serves as a power source for Seth to accomplish FEATs beyond those that mere science can replicate, allowing Seth to mimic abilities that are chi or magic based in nature. Set is capable of the following:
-Sonic Boom: In Force
-Shoryuken - Seth channels his Tanden energies into his fist allowing him to strike an opponent for In Blunt damage. Seth is +1cs to hit an airborne or leaping opponent using this technique.
-Hyakuretsu Kyaku: Seth is able to focus his Tanden energy into this attack and send a blur of chi-enhanced kicks at his opponent. The point of this attack lies more in its speed than its power, doing Ex Blunt, but putting an opponent at a -3cs chance to evade when they are in the same area.
-Teleportation: Am, Pr range
-Spinning Piledriver: Seth must successfully grapple his opponent for 1 round. On the second round, Seth will leap into the air, while grappling his opponent, spinning around until he comes crashing down right onto his opponent's head. This does In damage. If Seth elects to grapple his opponent for 2 rounds before executing this technique, he will perform Am damage.
-Elongation: Gd, Seth's genetic engineering and Tanden Engine allows him to stretch his limbs over an incredible length. He is able to strike non-adjacent foes from multiple angles.
-Vortex: Seth can use the Tanden Engine to draw opponents closer to him with In strength, with a range of 3 areas.
-Tanden Stream: by charging the Tanden Engine for 2 rounds, Seth can draw his opponent with his vortex attack into the Tanden Engine in a sort of extra-dimensional pocket for a brief moment. He then hurtles his foe out of the Tanden Engine causing Mn damage. If this attack is successful, Seth is considered having collected all possible data on his foes which can be used later to add to Seth's repertoire of attacks.
