Body Armor: Due to Rufus' size, his flab acts as Pr protection vs. Physical
Chi Manipulation: Ex, One wouldn't expect that Rufus would possess the discipline to learn the arts of Chi, however Rufus continues to defy the odds. He developed his own rather unique and impressive style of Kung Fu primarily from watching movies, but is also able to harness the power of his own life force to be a surprisingly fast and nimble fighter. This provides him with the following abilities:
-Extra Attacks: Rufus can perform multiple attacks at In ability
-Messiah Kick: Rufus is able to leap through the air in an arc allowing him to kick opponents up to an area away.
-Galactic Tornado: On a successful Power FEAT, Rufus spins toward his opponent and can absorb up to In Energy or Force (including chi and magic) and attempt a counter punch.
-Snake Strike: Unleashing a blinding flurry of palm strikes, Rufus can strike an opponent 3 times on a single successful Fighting FEAT, each strike doing Strength -1cs damage.
-Space Opera Symphony: By focusing his abilities for two rounds, Rufus unleashes a wave incorporating all of his special techniques into a single chain, ending with a chi burst that sends his opponent into the sky and crashing back down to earth. On a successful Fighting FEAT, Rufus can do In damage, ignoring body armor (but not force fields).
