Robotic/Cybernetic Being: Rm material, Q seems to be of at least partial robotic construction. He is considered to have the following abilities:
-Body Armor: Ex protection vs. Physical and Gd protection vs. Energy
-Multiple Attacks: Rm, On a successful Rm FEAT, Q can make 2 attacks in a single round.
-Lightning Speed: Typically, Q is extrodinarilly deliberate in his motions. However, he can at times dash at opponents up to an area away and strike without penalty with Ex ability.
-Total Destruction: After two rounds of concentration, Q sets his internal power sorce to maximum output for 1-10 rounds. Upon a successful grapple, an internal computerized voice will say 'Danger' and Q will remove his mask, causing an explosion doing Mn Force to all in Q's area. Damage decreases -1cs per area away from the epicenter to a mimumum of Ex Force at 4 areas away. Q himself seems to be undamaged by the attack, however cannot perform this ability again for another 24 hours.
