Chi Manipulation: Mn, Oro has been alive for more than 140 years, and over that time he has completely mastered the arts of Chi and Martial Arts. Oro has displayed a great number of Power Stunts, and one can safely assume he has attempted any number of applications with Chi. As such, any power stunts are half cost and only require a Yellow FEAT for success. Oro also rarely uses his powers at their full abilities. He tends to limit his abilities by as much as a -3cs penalty. He has demonstrated the following power stunts:
-Sun Palm Disk: An energy ball that can do Mn Energy damage (ignoring Body Armor but not Force fields)
-Oniyama: Oro leaps in the air with a quartet of Uppercuts doing Ex damage each resolved on a single Fighting FEAT roll.
-Niou Riki: Mn ability to grapple his foe. On a successful FEAT, he slams his opponent onto the ground back and forth three times. Oro does Gd damage three times.
-Jinchuu Watari: Oro is able to leap over an oncoming attack (dodge/evaision as a free action) and deliver a pair of kicks to his opponents head doing Ex damage resolved under a single Fighting FEAT.
-Oro can raise any stat by +1cs after one round of concentration
-Healing of himself or others with Mn ability
-Chi Detection: Mn
-Yagyou Dama: By charging his abilities for two rounds, Oro can unleash a ball of concentrated chi force doing Un Force (ignoring body armor, but noy force fields)
Oro binds one arm behind his back at all times to ensure he doesn't unintentionally kill any of his opponents. Oro should be considered to be at a -1cs on all Fighting FEATs while his arm is bound. Oro will only unbind his arm when facing opponents of at least -1cs of Oro's Fighting. That said, Oro will still face these foes one-armed in their first encounter.
