Chi Manipulation: Ex, Makoto is a Martial Arts prodigy and has begun to harness her ability to manipulate Chi. The number of techniques she has mastered are limited, but they can be devastating for a girl her age and size. She has performed the following power stunts:
-Hayate: Utilizing her chi for both power and speed, Makoto initiates a dashing punch at blinding speed. She can strike opponents up to an area away with Ex Blunt damage.
-Fukiage: Makoto sends a punch up directly into the air. This allows Makoto to do Ex Blunt as well as is +1cs to strike airborne or leaping opponents.
-Tanden Renki (Seme no Kata): By focusing her chi abilities for two rounds, Makoto can boost her strength +2cs for 1-10 rounds. When performing this technique, Makoto can perform no defensive actions whatsoever. Further, Makoto can only perform this attack once per day.
