Shadowlaw Enhancements: Juli has been enhanced on a genetic level to be one of M. Bison's elite super soldiers. She is capable of fighting techniques the average human would be incapable of:
-Sniper Arrow: Juli lunges forward, spinning her body feet-first. She does Gd Blunt damage. The velocity of this attack can allow her to strike foes in adjacent areas.
-Canon Spike: Juli can perform a somersault back flip, inflicting Gd Blunt. She is a +1cs to hit an airborne or leaping opponent with this technique.
-Coordinated Attacks: When working in conjunction with another of the Dolls, Juli can get a bonus of +1cs to Fighting and Agility FEATs. No matter how many Dolls she fights alongside, the maximum bonus is +1cs.
-Combat Analysis: The Dolls are capable of fully analyzing an opponent's capabilities in 3 rounds of observation (In essence, being able to give an in-game breakdown of a character's stats, talents, powers, etc). These findings are then transmitted back to headquarters for further analysis.

Limitation:
Juli is under complete mental control from M. Bison. If an attempt is made to try and break through the brainwashing, Juli may make a Red Psyche FEAT to attempt to resist the control. However, when in Bison's presence, Juli must continue to make Red Psyche FEATs to resist each round she is in his presence. Also, all of the Dolls are genetically linked to Bison's vital signs. Should Bison die (or appear to do so), Juli must make a Red Endurance FEAT or surfer 50 points of damage (and possibly die in the process).
