Chi Manipulation: Gd, Ibuki has had limited exposure to the forces of Chi, although her discipline in this regard is limited as she focusses as well on her Ninja training, as well as the typical interests of a girl her age. Although her development is still in the initial stages, Ibuki has demonstrated the following stunts:
-Raida: On a successful grapple, Ibuki is able to channel chi into her palm, unleashing a burst of Chi Force. Ibuki not only does Gd Force damage (ignoring body armor, but not force fields) she also gets the benefit of grapple damage.
-Kazekiri: Ibuki is able to unleash a wave of chi in an upward kick. On a successful Fighting FEAT, Ibuki does Gd Force damage (ignoring body armor but not force fields), and her opponent must make a check against slam.
-Tsumuji: Ibuki uses her chi not for damage, but instead for speed. She unleashes a trio of slash kicks, each doing Ty damage, resolved under a single Fighting FEAT. She is able to strike non-adjacent foes using this technique.
Leaping: Ex
Lightning Speed: Pr, Ibuki has developed the folowing power stunts:
-Kubi Ori: Ibuki runs at her opponent at blistering speed, and sliding towards them. Once she reaches her opponent, she leaps on their back and performs a quick grapple against the neck. After the dash, Ibuki can execute her grapple at no penalty, and her foe is at a -1cs to evade.
-Yami Shigure: Ibuki uses her speed to execute this assassination technique. After one round of concentration, Ibuki throw a trio of Kunai (japanese ninja daggers) to pin an opponent down (doing no damage). Once her opponent is pinned, Ibuki rushes passed them back and forth 4 times, slashing them with another Kunai. To execute this technique, Ibuki must roll two FEATs. The first is Agility -2cs to throw the Kunai, and the second is a single Fighting FEAT to execute the slash attacks. This attack does Gd Edge damage 4 times.
Equipment:
Kunai: Ibuki carries several of these daggers on her person. She can perform Gd Edge, and they can be thrown up to 3 areas away.
