Chi Manipulation: Am, Gouken has mastered the same fighting style as Akuma, but instead of embracing the murderous intent of the Dark Hadou, Gouken instead turned attacks such as the Hadouken and Shoryuken from lethal killing arts, into maneuvers of self defense. As such, Gouken has developed several power stunts:
-Gohadouken: a manifestation of chi in the form of a 'fireball' that does force damage ignoring body armor (not force fields). Gouken can charge his abilities for 1 turn to do Mn damage, or throw two fireballs at Rm damage, but they are thrown at multiple angles giving his opponent -2cs to dodge.
-Senkugoshoha: A running palm strike where Gouken channels his chi abilities into the strike. Gouken can strike foes up to 2 areas away, dealing Am Blunt damage ignoring body armor (but not force fields).
-Tatsumaki Gorasen: Gouken uses his Chi ability to defy gravity to deliver a series of 3 spinning kicks vertically in the air. Gouken is +1cs to hit an airborne or leaping opponent using this technique. Gouken can use this ability to strike opponents in adjacent areas as well as resolve 3 separate 'hits' with one Fighting FEAT roll. If successful, Gouken does Ex damage 3 times.
-Gouken can charge his chi energies for one round giving any attack listed above +1cs damage
-Healing: Gouken is capable of healing himself of Am damage after 1 round of concentration (he is incapable of any other actions)
-Gouken can raise any stat by +1cs for 1-10 rounds after 1 round of charging
-Shin Shoryuken: An exceptionally powerful version of the Shoryuken that can be performed after a 2 round charge. After charging the attack, he does Un Blunt damage Ignoring body armor on a successful Fighting FEAT. This attack can only be performed once per day.
