Chi Manipulation: Ex, While Fei Long's acting career demands too much of his focus for Fei Long to master the arts of chi, he does display feats of speed and ability that show his fighting skill is beyond the threshold of the average fighter. He can perform the following power stunts:
-Rekkaken: a Trifecta of chi enhanced punches that sends Fei Long rushing towards his opponent with blistering speed. The three punches are resolved on a single Fighting FEAT roll, each punch doing Gd Blunt. Fei Long is capable of striking an adversary in an adjacent area, however if successful, he will only land one enhanced blow.
-Shienkyaku: Fei Long's chi is channeled into his kick, allowing him to do Ex Flame damage. Fei Long is +1cs to hit an airborne or leaping opponent using this technique.
-Rekka Shin Geki: After charging for two rounds, Fei Long can use his chi to fuel his body, allowing him to perform a flurry of attacks at blistering speed. Fei Long unleashes a pair of Rekkaken attacks and uppercuts his opponent into the air. He follows this up with a Shienkyaku. This attack does In damage, half of it blunt trauma, the other half fire damage.
