Psycho Power: Ex, Cammy is cloned from the genetic material of M. Bison, and was meant to serve as a host body for his consciousness. He imbued her with a small portion of his Psycho Power which allows her to perform attacks most humans would be incapable of:
-Canon Spike: With a boost from her Psycho Power, Cammy can perform a somersault back flip, with such height and velocity, she inflicts Ex Blunt. She is a +1cs to hit an airborne or leaping opponent with this technique.
-Spiral Arrow: Cammy lunges forward, spinning her body feet-first. Propelled by an aura of Psycho Power, she can perform Ex Force damage. The velocity of this attack can allow her to strike foes in adjacent areas.
-Gyro Drive Smasher: After charging for two rounds, Cammy can begin moving at unbelievable speeds pushing her body far beyond its human limits. She sends a series of low kicks, followed by a Spiral Arrow, and Canon Spike. While her opponent is cast airborne, she leaps upwards and brings her adversary down with a backflip neckbreaker. This technique does In damage filed under a single Fighting FEAT.
